Effective September 29, 2026. This notice explains how EVERPURE HOMES LLC, operating under the MR Veradore brand, handles information for Water Treatment Lead Engine. This is an owner-managed compliance notice and has not been certified by legal counsel.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, home service address (including street, unit, city, state, and ZIP code), time zone, homeowner status, household size, water concerns, purchase timing, optional appointment preference, referral or advertising attribution, consent choices, and technical evidence needed to secure and document your request. Authorized team members may add qualification, assignment, scheduling, service, outcome, and operational records.
Do not submit government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, payment-card details, health information, passwords, or information about children.
How we use information
We use information to receive and respond to your request, determine service-area fit, arrange a requested consultation, manage water-treatment services, honor your communication choices, prevent duplicate or unwanted contact, operate and secure the service, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We do not use this service to sell leads or transfer them to unidentified independent dealers.
Communications and your choices
Call/text, email marketing, and advertising measurement choices are separate, optional, and unchecked. Declining any of them does not prevent you from requesting information. You may revoke permission or request no further marketing by replying STOP to a text when that function is available or by contacting us. Automated marketing is disabled for the limited launch; requests receive human review.
Optional Google Ads conversion measurement
Google Ads conversion measurement remains inactive unless production is explicitly configured for it and you separately opt in on the request form. Only after the service accepts and saves your request may the Google tag load from the same intake-page URL. Measurement runs only when that URL still contains a valid Google click identifier; other query parameters are removed before the tag loads. This grants advertising storage and advertising-user-data consent for measurement; analytics storage and ad personalization remain denied. Google may receive the click and conversion signals and related browser, device, cookie, and network information, including IP address and user agent. Enhanced conversions are not used.
The conversion event uses an opaque request ID for duplicate prevention. EVERPURE HOMES LLC does not add your name, email address, phone number, home address, household details, water concerns, appointment preference, or call/text/email choices to that event. The Google tag still processes the browser, device, cookie, and network information described above. The advertising permissions return to denied after the queued event. This measurement choice is not call, text, or email marketing consent and does not affect whether we save or review your request.
Service providers
Render hosts the application, monitoring, and database. Netlify hosts the static marketing site and manages the domain. Gmail receives support and privacy requests, Google Apps Script delivers restricted operator alerts, GitHub hosts source code rather than customer records, and Google Ads is used only for the conditional conversion measurement described above. We do not send lead records to a live SMS, voice, marketing-email, CRM, calendar, payment, or AI provider.
Retention
Ordinary content for a lead explicitly marked unsuccessful is reviewed for deletion or de-identification after 14 days. Until automated cleanup is implemented, the owner performs and records this review manually. Separate minimized consent, opt-out, security, audit, backup, dispute, and legally required records may be retained longer. Backup copies are isolated and expire under the applicable backup schedule rather than being removed immediately.
Access, correction, deletion, and opt-out requests
Email mrveradoresupport@gmail.com with a clear description of your request. We will verify authority proportionately, determine which rules apply, check for legal holds, act on eligible records, and document completion. Do not send passwords, payment information, or identity documents by ordinary email. Marketing opt-outs are handled independently of any general privacy-right eligibility.
Security and incidents
We use HTTPS, verified database encryption in transit, restricted database roles, role-based access, secure sessions, audit records, backups, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure. We investigate suspected incidents and make notifications when required.
Children
The service is for adults and is not directed to children. The request form requires confirmation that the submitter is at least 18 and is acting for themselves or with authority.
